Death Dealer Minigun is similiar to the Rogue CIA Agent.. Somehow we have it as an Armor! I think there is one mistake for this.. This Minigun should be a Weapon, and the previous gift (Rogue CIA Agent) is an Armor... Don't you think? 
Anyway, here are the screenshots of these gift :
You can have 5 pieces only and after that, you will only received +1 Energy refill.. and also you can accept it from the Email icon above the game screen..

Nice skill points! And again, I can not send my gifts to 50 mafia.. When I click the SEND button, it took me only to Home page screen..

it does send the gift, but I guess the selection is done randomly.
Well,when u click send button the game automatically sends it to your mafia members randomly.I don't know much but that's all i have concluded.
I think its OK to call it as an ARMOR because it say death DEALER minigun, meaning its a person not just a weapon right? hehehe peace bro.... but for ROGUE no comment =')
