Why I want this one?
I want to collect the rare items you can get from finishing the Operations. Here are the possible items to win :
And here are the 2 rare items :
I'm trying to hunt for this Operations on any Operation groups...
Since this Operation is not easy to find, once I see someone posted they are soon to be completed. Must be really quick to grab it!
First, not lucky at all. I got 2 Common items and 1 Uncommon item.
Then I see one spot available, I got 2 same Rare item. Woohoo!!!
However, Rahul is got lucky and got the other Rare one... He's so happy and edit the screenshot below :
Congratulations, Rahul! I will have this "Blackmail Light" too someday!
You can try to have this Operation too by ignoring your current Operation you have now in your account. Most of time, we have the new Operations ie : Take Out a Rival Operation (new version) and Evade the Coast Guard. You can check my blogpost here about this.
Well then.. good luck on finding this Operation and collect the Rare items as many as you can!

We can't say that the new operations are rare, they just appear every second day, instead of every single day (as it was before). The new operations appear with the following order: Evade the Coast guard, Take out a Rival Operation, Hijack an Ocean Liner, Narco Trafficking... after this one, older operations appear.
