- Finding them in the Zynga Message Center(ZMC)
- Finding them on the Facebook Gifts Requests Page (Use the Free Gifts Center in the MWM Mod to speed up process) - DOWNLOAD: FBMWAddon: Mafia Wars Maniac Mod (v0.4.5.400)
- Searching for it via Facebook News Feeds
- Doing Jobs which drops this consumable
- Collecting from Cuba Property, Bribery Rings - [Thanks to Anonymous commenter]

Locate the "Search" bar on top of your Facebook page and type in Cuban Mercenary.
