His score was 24000 and was second at the leader boards.... so i guess it was random and has nothing to do with being at the first spot.
All u have to need is enough luck to get those items........ maybe 1 out of 2978364982374972934792 collecting times :/

How many bosses have been fought in total for your family? For All players Mafia Wars wide? What total score of all boss fights has Ryan accrued? Total score of all Mafia Wars players throughout the game? Also, Is Ryan a CC player (just asking because it may/may not make a difference)? These questions are probably pointless, but I like to ask all possible questions.
