It was just a popup, so i've decided to check my Inventory for the item.
And yep, i indeed received the item!
As for those who doesn't have any iDevices(iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), you may want to consider asking your TRUSTED friends for help.
Why did i use the word trusted? Because you will have to share your Facebook User and Pass to your friend, in order for Zynga to know you have actually installed the game and reward you the item.

It is useless... In a few weeks it's junk.. Family Boss fight loot beats it..
