Take a look at the RewardVille Bingo game below. The timer for it was up, and so i've tried to replay it by clicking on the "Play Again" button. However, that button just refreshes the page and do nothing else.
As for the item redemption bug, all i get for clicking on the "Get It" button for any item only returns this message:
I am not sure when this feature went broke, but i have already reported to the Zynga Support as i have a few items left which i do not have in my Inventory yet.

Yes Spending or Buying Rewards points will always work.
