Well, around a month ago these 2 animals can be gifted only for several hours. You could put them on wishlist too and had chance to get them dropping from Mystery Bag. Than Zynga quickly patched it and they are not giftable anymore!

Ghaouti sent me this email several days ago.
This screenshot is showing us that he is able to have 62x of Amur Leopard.
Perhaps he got them dropping from Mystery Bag as wishlist item... I actually have around 350x of each on my main account, but I have them from trading... 
Ok, if you have them on wishlist, your mafia still can send you the 2 items by pressing on GIFT ALL button. Now we have the message above telling that the 2 animals were removed from your wishlist because they are no longer giftable!
So no way to send them anymore now..

Let's forget about it now and back to our game. Just ask/send for Raw Meat and build this animal from your Private Zoo.
