OK it goes like this....
If u see the limited time mission on ur account and cant access it it is normal... "The reason being is that your account was prepared for it, but it will be released later today"
(The name has been removed for more privacy)Anyway if u already have u can trick the system by starting a war... DO NOT PUBLISH THE ASK FOR HELP POST!! Just go and ask some of ur online friends to support u... do the job 10 time and bam u finished it ^^
P.s. if u have the Italy mission on ur profile and u already finished Italy contact the great support team and they will help u out :) Most of them are really cool and they will instantly help u :) gotta give them some credit for their hard work. U GUYS ROCK!

I also have the same problem, so far I have not gotten the mission 'dead man talking', but my friends are getting this notice. Is there someone who can help me? :(
