We have the new Mission in Cuba now.. Cuba In Crisis Mission!
And one of the very first job is to declare a war with one opponent. Lots of you will do this task right away and publish for help.
I have tried to help lots of my mafia friend on their war.. sometimes I can help them and kill one opponent but sometimes I can not!
I got this message :
Not in Mafia! Sorry, you have to be mafia with this user to help on a war!
Also when I want to help on a job, got this message :
Sorry, you have to be social network friends with this user to help on a job!
So there is a glitch happening on this game now.
If you have those messages above, just try to click to help one more time and you'll be able to help your mafia.
Probably all players in the world now are declaring war to each other to finish the Mission and it somehow confuses the system

sorry mate that may work for you... but it doesnt matter how many times I click on 1 persons war it simply pops up with the same msg over & over, same also goes for jobs but a few times got 1000$ but no exp...Cuba mission will not start at all & gifts are broken... all in all typical zynga crap!

Doing the 2nd click don't help me either I get the same thing over & over
I ended up buying the war losing 10 precious reward points because everytime I tried to declare war it didn't let me it would say you can't declare war yet or something like that, so I waited till today and still couldn't so like I said hate that I spent the 10 precious reward points just to declare a war boooo!!!! Zinga
i contacted Zynga and they sent me 10 credits plus 10 more for not being to complete mission due to the reasons mentioned earlier in posts
contacted zinga and told them about my problem about using 10 rp to do the war and about problems reciving gifts and this is what he told me
Ron: I'm sorry, other players have been experiencing a similar issue with the War feature, and their Gifts. The Game Developers are aware of this issue, and are actively working on the solution. I have gone ahead and added 30 Reward Points, 10 Kleinfeld's Boats, and 10 Carlito's Way to your account. I apologize for any inconvenience.
