All the timers are back to normal.....
The good thing is most of the people have mastered Italy :)
The bad thing is more hours of waiting again.....
Some accounts have the "normal" 23 hours timer
While some other ones got the 16 hours timer...
Well, even with my low energy skills I prefer the 23 hours one.... dunno why but yeah I dont want to stick to my PC the whole time just to play.... not that I dont do it lol
