Some players still have this glitch on their accounts...
This one a sweet one from our friend..
I got that bug...Here is the screenshot..
first i killed those four upto silver mastery...
then when i began my gold level i shived the first boss...
i had 10 shivs only so that should have gone to 9 but it remained 10 & allowed me to shiv him again{we can use only one consumable before attack in beat the feds!!!}....
so i shived him agian... then it increased upto 54!!!
i shived again it became 5453!!!
then 545354
then 54535452
then 5453545254
then it went on upto the value in e i.e. 5453545254535451*e + 31.....
i beat that boss with only shiv...
he he i took his 19909 health only using shivs!!!

Nenad even has 2 mastery items!
While I have this bug... I don't have the START button to attack any Boss!
You may have already know this one, you can open 2 tabs... 1 for attacking Boss and another one to go to other city to heal.. Mike was able to defeat all Bosses without using any help from friends and without using any consumables! Congratulations!

Have sent my email to Support team, but received no anwser until now... 
If I try to click on the Get Started button, I will have this message..
Somehow, some friends earned the mastery bonus ie Rain Maker although they have not mastered all Boss Fights yet!
Yesterday, I was still able to get the mastery item from each Boss Fight by helping my mafias on their Boss Fight...
But now, the rewards are different!
I will never be able to get my mastery item now!
According to me, this is another failure of Beat The Feds event!

MWM: I got a super funny glitch.
When using the Shivs/Health Kits, You can spam click as many times as possible. It will dim and you will not be allowed to use any more. BUT once you click more than 5 times, it uses all in 1 go!!!
You can try it out. The slower the internet speed, the better it works
the 58500530 health/stun/shivs are fake, they mean and do nothing ;)
you have 2 get at 0 health, while in a fight, but the screen don't close. then you reopen the page in a new tab, and use your shivs, and youl get more ;) you close the page and nothing happens
I do have a same problem with you, no start button after the silver level, so i cant finish the gold level. zynga suck!
What is the point in having 2 tabs open for healing? The boss doesn't regenerate health until 5 hours have passed since the first attack. So basically you can use all your consumables and all your stamina to try to kill the boss. When you are dead, heal up and go again.
Well, i was trying to finish it. spent some reward points to speed up my level up and then it vanish... what a waste.
They keep changing the rules.
On friday when the fights opened, helping someone didn't cost any stamina and you could help as many times as you want. Then they added stamina cost, then you can help only once, now stunning only works for 1 round... what's next?
The most beautiful thing is, when you help someone on a battle it will keep a connection open so you can see if someone else is attacking and if the boss has any hp left or if he's defeated already. If you write such a program, you must be careful what you do or it will slow your servers down like hell. Do i need to go on or can you guess the next part?
I had the same problem with the third person not being able to start after silver finish so I sent support team an email and they told me the Beat the Feds event is being glitchy and their trying to fix it.
I had the bug where I couldn't click start either, but when I clicked to help a mafia member and beat a boss for her, it let me start my own fights again.
As far as bugs go I got the rainmaker early as well.
beat the feds is gone, AGAIN.
i was saving up energy packs, stamina and stun guns but when i came back to do it they're already gone. i only had the last boss to deal with too >:(
Somebody send you fake post.lol. u cant continuous using shiv. After using one of the fight item it will go dim and you have to attack and so on. i also have that glitch. but u wont get that much only zynga screw up the real number item you have
Sorry to say, you can also just "run from the fight" and re-heal then go back into the fight and as long as it's within the time limit, the boss won't have regained any health; no need to have 2 windows/tabs open.
I thought I was clever by having the two windows open also until I realized that it doesn't matter :P

@ i beat that boss with only shiv...
he he i took his 19909 health only using shivs!!!
he cant take all of that health with shivs... cause he cant use the shivs all in one round :P

you only get the mastery items from friends if you are top five helper so your two screenshots are on of a top five and one not in top five
aboslutely wrong joe. you will get the item if you are top 5 and have not defeat the boss yet. if you have defeated the boss and help others on the boss fight. you wont get the mastery item also
