I'm sure lots of you also experience the same..
Is it because of the new feature ie "Beat The Feds" will be launched soon?
We know that there are some glitches everywhere if new events or features released..
Don't worry, guys.. Usually this is just a temporary bug.. Soon we will have it to normal again.. I hope so!

... happens when you are killed and the attacker does more than 20 damage...
ex. you have 21 hp, you attack, or get attacked and recieve 29 damage... so you go to -8...
