Here it is..
Until now, there is only an explanation about what the rewards are from unlocking level 21..
Perhaps they are making further rewards now... They can not be that lazy, right? 
If they meant to make it like Robbing which has level 10 for maximum, they have to make it the bar is full already..
The point is keep fighting, guys.. Not only you get random of the Fight HEL, Super Fight HEL, but you can also enhance your level on the Fight Mastery until the bar is not moving!

Can you buy unlimted level 21 items at once with your victory points?
Looks like they have the bald eagle for defense. It was a limited animal that should be up for grabs this weekend(fingers crossed)
No, there is a timer on everything that is good. I think it's 7 days for the best items.

no your cant theres a time for each item .. for the lvl 21 ones theres a 7 day timer
