This was supposed to be a Governor's Run event!
Where you have to spam your friend's wall and ask them to vote for you, in order to get the Mastery Reward : 2nd Amendment weapon.
It was happening few months ago!
I thought Zynga has stopped the event?
Our friend on the above screenshot has not completed the event yet, I don't know if this is the reason behind why he still be able to vote and ask for votes.
And sorry that I don't have the link to trigger this event.. once you see this posted on your wall, just click on the "Cast Your Vote" button.
If only I had my blog back, I can insert a link to review this event. So, that's it for now..
