One friend has this sweet bug! He has Cuba Achievement for mastering all of Cuban Tiers eventhough he has not finished all tiers yet!

I have this weird bug about Next! achievement. It says that I already earned this achievement, but actually I'm still on "El Cacique" tier. As you can see on the screenshot that my Cuba is still in progress. You can check out my MW profile. You can see that. I haven't got some of Cuban mastery reward.

Dave is still in El Cacique tiers and has not finish it yet, still on level 1 mastery.
He has earned the Next! Achievement on October 1st!
And I can not share your Profile link here, Dave.. Just to protect your account for being rolled back or being attacked by someone naughty.. 
Congrats on your Achievement, but if you have further issue, let's say that you can not get the mastery reward etc, please contact Zynga Customer Support.

i also had cc but in Las 2 and Las 3 O~ Yeah! earn a lot skill point!!!!! love this bug!
its the same with the what else you got achievement for completing new York which i hadn't mastered but got the achievement + a skill point and last week when I did finally fully master it i didn't get anything put it says I got the achievement before I actually got it
