Yes, you can get free Energy refill by clicking on "Get Free Refill" above!
But wait, don't click on it if you still have lots of Energy.. open another tab to spend your Energy and then you can go back to this page to claim your free Energy..
You may close the message now and do more jobs today..

It comes again if you close the jobs page when it gives that pop up. It comes every time you run out of energy. SO don't really get the point who smart ass gives an idea to open new page to keep that pop up "live".. lol
no.. didnt pop up after i close it.. coz i was about to level up.. so i close it, then wait for few energy to for me to level up.. after consuming all my energy, i thought it would pop up again.. but it didnt.. ive travel in all the city..

My friend has it for 2nd time, perhaps it randomly appear.
Perhaps you can use my advise to open in a new tab when the box appear? So you can click on it when you need free refill :/
