Haven't submitted anything for a while now. Today while collecting my daily chance prize after playing 6 tickets, I noticed that the prize was no longer "a change to win 5 reward points" (EVEN THOUGH I ALWAYS GET 1!!!). But today it was chance to win 20 loyalty points. I clicked claim, and only won 5.

oh yeah i had 10 loyalty points and i was pissed to get such a lame prize for collecting all 6! i've better get 5right now!

Why are you getting excited about 5 loyalty points? Its takes 2000 to get one item lol All they did to daily chance was take away the one free skill point. screw you zynga
A chance to win 20 Loyalty Points doesn't mean you win 20 Loyalty Points. It means you can win up to 20 Loyalty Points, this time you got 5 Loyalty Points.
Bit like the win up to 5 Reward Points but 99.8% of the time it was 1RP.
