OLD CITY BONUS:
I still have Moscow unfinished so I noticed this nifty thing...
If you get 5% progress from an mission you will get extra 10% as "Old City Bonus".. So total 15%
4% + 8% = 12%
Don't know if it's valid in BK but I'm betting it works in NY/Cuba/Moscow atleast :)
