They also pointed out that not every item in the game can be giftable – the rules are as follows:
1. If an item can only be purchased for RP or city cash, an item is not giftable
2. If it is a unique item that a user can only possess one of (e.g. boss reward items, challenge mission items), an item is not giftable
3. If an item is an energy boost, it will not be giftableSo what are the giftable goods?

Took me few minutes to do the A/D stats and check whats the best new goods ;)

And yet most of the VHEL still isn't giftable.
Changes haven't taken effect yet. Will believe this loot is giftable when I see it. If they operate on Zynga time, will be after Italy rollout, which will probably have better loot that won't be giftable.
