Please check the reply from Zynga Customer Support about his issue when he submitted one ticket..
He had some problems on his Mafia Wars account.. but please read what the Support person answered..
They simply copy-paste the answer for every email! Gotcha!
Wait, they have different Customer Support for each games, right?
Can not imagine if the same Support team has to answer all complains, questions etc for all of Zynga's games! 

Forgot to report that we have the Super Duper Pignatas again (and again). Feel free to send and accept more if you have not got the Super item of Gray Wolf yet!

Actually, they are one and the same for both FarmVille and Mafia Wars.
I saw a job posting here in the Philippines for a company named Telus for their Zynga account as a non-voice customer support, i.e. Email.
They require you to have at least level 50 in Mafia Wars and level 7 in Farmville.
i don't think they copy and paste because i have an italy bug and i have pmed them:

Carlos C is an idiot, and has been for some time.
Carlos C gives incorrect game information, leading one to question if he has actually even ever played the game.
Additionally, he lurks around the inbox late at night and pounces on victims he selects to hound with "I'm sorry you're not currently enjoying the game" to instill an attitude of "we don't really care about you or your problems one bit ... just keep dumping your hard-earned cash into this flawed game and we'll be happy."
I have baht envelops that I cant open. I really need these to finish Bangkok. Can you help me with this?
