Like the picture said, the bank can only hold $999,999,999,999,999,999.. but somehow his bank can hold more than that numbers! 
Is it a glitch?

That was the Phoenix energy glitch from last summer! 1000's and 1000's got it and all the NY money achievements! Google his user name "Phoenix energy glitch" he was quite famous, really surprised you didn't know that!
thanks for posting it.. i should note that when it happend i had a trillion in the bank and out of the bank..from when you could rob the one place to get the trillion. when i put on the brawler with the bank my money after so much, it glitched and put the extra trillion in the bank.
