Ok, Multi-Gifting feature has been rolled out to some players only.. They are still making this feature into small groups to see what error it may has.
You can check on your account whether you have this feature or not yet..
Please go to your Gifting page tab and check it.. If you have already, you will be able to send in some amounts.. 1x items, 5x, 10x, 25x or even 50x at a time and up to 1000 mafia friends!
But wait, actually you can send to up to 10K of mafia friends at a time! And maximum amounts you can send at a time is 50x items..
We can send thousands of items rapidly now... 
But yes, this feature also has bugs.. See the screenshots below, I have 20x Computer Set Up consumables.. It is saying that I only able to send maximum of 8x items instead of 20x?
I don't know why Zynga is still keeps in silent about this Multi-Gifting feature.. and I wonder when it will be released out for all players???
Come on, Zynga... Please stop wasting our time.. It's about time to release it soon and make us happy, please!

Zynga is creating this for two months now, why its taking so long?
