Ok, I've been trying to explore Bangkok and this is what I have found. Look at their stats below...
For completing each episode :
Episode 1
Tiger Sak Yant (65 Attack 42 Defense)
Episode 2
Royal Thai Police Tank (58 Attack 74 Defense)
Episode 3
Harpoon Cannon (88 Attack 51 Defense)
Episode 4
Armored War Elephant (96 Attack 69 Defense)
Episode 5a
Ronin Armor (72 Attack 111 Defense)
Episode 5b
Typhoon Cleavers (70 Attack 112 Defense)
Scary!!!
Only loot drop I found better than Moscow was this one :
Lloyds Spectre (18 Attack 45 Defense)
1 point better than Konstantin Cargo Carrier (18 Attack 44 Defense).
All other loot drop items was at best same or lower than items from Moscow. This is not taking in account items available from the Yakuza & Triad Store and so far I found them can not be gifted (and I think they can not be gifted)..

Ade, i think these bangkok loots will be giftable when time comes. because i was able to gift some items like the spectra, cleaver, rpg.. i dont know which is which is glitch.. anyways we'll w8 what it would be.
Dude, there is 2 more items i can show you, hold on...
Kage Jet it might not be better if you only look at the highest numbers, but all in all the item have way more power than the moscow items.

that sucks, I guess I got to wait for las vegas hopefully better loot drops and be able to trade.
I'm sure that soon Bangkok loots will be able to send.. I'm talking about items from Faction store..
I don't think they can be sent as a gift :(
But who knows..
The items u buy and can sell, will not be giftable, otherwise they would have made money giftable long ago.
you can buy boosts and send it as a gift, but you can't sell boosts, so you can't send money as well
Where is the Lloyds Spectre (18 Attack 45 Defense) found? What episode and what gang do you have to choose to get it?
The Monks robe is pretty decent aswell... :P

OMG those are some crazy stats.
Las Vegas I hear will be a similar loot setup as Bangkok, whereas the best items must be bought in stores. (Though with what currency, chips?)
The best way to get your fighters setup is to setup money farmers so you can feed your character through easy fights, either by hitting the farmers or having the farmers hit you.

so no questions asked then las vegas loot will take us over 100 attak and defence points an item meaning we should at last be able to have over 100,000 attack and defence in loot items combined for fighting
looks like there is some more work to be done and needs doing fast
