The procedure is similar with the previous Gift Safe House features.. You ask your mafias to fulfill your gift request.
Try to earn your respect as many as you deserve.. Send them your Respect so they can send you back.. But if you send some Disrespect, don't be surprise if they kick you from their mafia.. So I suggest you to send some RESPECT.

Don't get wrong, the Respect one is on the RIGHT side now.. some of my mafia accidently send the Disrespect because it is on the left side. Be careful!
This is when you got what you deserved, your mafia respect you!
Your respect meter has gone up and you received the bonus : SWITCHBLADE!
What a disappointing item to get! I think it's good to be respected by our mafias.. but the bonus of getting RESPECT LEVEL 1 is a crap! 
So now we have to collect more gifts to continue raising our respect meter.. Let's see what will we get from the higher level.. See ya!

Respect Level 2 is also a crap

Grach 20 Attack 10 Defense for finishing respekt 1.
"Your Respect Meter has gone up! You've received the bonus Puggio!" - this is for Respect Level 3. And again its a crap... "17 Attack, 23 Defense".. why they are not providing better..
"Your Respect Meter has gone up! You've received the bonus Zip Gun!" - this is after Level 3. Still the weapon is not a good one: 24 Attack, 16 Defense
The item for respect lvl 2 isn't any better =/
"Your Respect Meter has gone up! You've received the bonus Samurai Helmet!" - this is after Level 4. This is an Armor, but still its not a good one: 12 Attack, 28 Defense; though it looks very nice.
Hope something better will come in upcoming respect level..
do you really think they will give high-level items for free? i think lvl 10 will be nice, and then it will be better and better...
Ma Barker's Machine Gun is the next level award, which has 30 Attack, 20 Defense.. improving lol
