So far we can see it happens in New York for first tier.. I don't know if this will be continue to next tiers and other cities as well..
The jobs have to be done in order until the tier is done the first time, and after it's done you can then choose which jobs you want to do.
Also they're still giving out the old properties page, not the new ones. Perhaps they still give us time to get our achievements about properties. They will applied to all players soon, I guess.. groups per groups at one time..

just a quick heads up, its not only for new players. I'm level 375 and I got the same layout style in the Street Thug tier, however can't comment on the doing in order deal, as i completed street thug way way way back

I've got this layout on my 3rd account from 3 months.
And what about classes? With new layout you can't choose if you want to be maniac/mogul... What about places in Top Mafia then?

I do have a question regarding the properties. I have had rackets instead of properties. It is a cool feature but Im curious to know if my rackets will convert over to properties
I have the new Properties since an half our. You cant sell any more you Properties and because of this they deleted the Achievement for selling 50 Casinos

And ENERGY ACCOUNTS wont work anymore for new players!!
i think they fixed the bangkok baht glitch.. how sad i just got the new properties today..and i tried the glitch and it did not work.....
