5 Item From Wishlist
There is one trick to get the loot you want if you get the random 5 from the wishlist. It will not gift Lotto Collections, Valentine's Day or the Mystery Bag Collection items. So if you put two of those up and then the one you want you will get 5 of them when that one comes up.
Example :
I want to have 5 Llyod Spectre, so I put Heart Tattoo (from Valentine's Day Collections) + Llyod Spectre + Year of the Tiger (from Mystery Bag Collection)
So voila! After a few trials, I got this one..
Get Multiple Free-Gifts
You can send lots of free-gifts to the same person.. I guess lots of you have figure out about this trick already.. Please check my post about how to do this : Sending Multiple Gifts.

As you said "You can send lots of free-gifts to the same person.", this is not possible for me. Once I have send the Mysterious gift to anybody, I can't send him again (may be have to wait for 24 hours).

If you read the "Sending Multiple Gifts" link and do it correctly anyone can do this. It is just a matter of following the steps correctly
as you said this too ,"It will not gift Lotto Collections, Valentine's Day or the Mystery Bag Collection items." ..... Yesterday I saw a man won a Baccarat Shoes ,that item is on his wishlist....

Wow, i didn't even notice it gave 5 of whatever you have in your wishlist till i read this. Had 200 satellite phones without paying attention (figured it just kept giving me the same crappy loot)
Does it give you DiryMoneyCollection items?
Is it just me or are you getting lots of crap too???(I.E. tokens, cards, blackmail photos and such)
HI, I still dont get it. After I put Heart Tattoo (from Valentine's Day Collections) + Llyod Spectre + Year of the Tiger (from Mystery Bag Collection).... I press "Share Wishlist with Your Friends" ... whats next? Do I wait or my Mafia friends must help me?
i did this and it works.. it says "five of that item" but i only get 1 !! zynga lies!! :*(
Ok, about the 5 items. I did all you said and after a while i got my "Llyod Spectre". The problem is that the screen says "Five of a loot item..." and I only got one Llyod Spectre on my loot page... Its suposed to just get 1 or its suposed to get 5 of them?
Bad for me its saying i got 5 of a loot item in my wish list but i get one.anyone notice that?

yes seams to be a bug.. just happend to me 3 times i only got one even though the page told me i got 5.
I have received 5 Zmeya Carbon Blades 3 times. I have a Heart Tattoo, a Money Frog, and a Zmeya Carbon Blade on my wishlist and always travel to Bangkok before opening the mystery bag. My last 3 bags have all given me 5 Zmeyas each.

i did the redcoats yesterday just to try and get the last 4th item i never got. :) i now have 10!!!
soooo - what is the best items to put on the wishlist - does anyone have the link to add???
you can no longer same gift to same person. i mean you can but that same person can open one in a day
