When you publish your job help (either in New York, Cuba, Moscow or Bangkok or Boss Job), you'll have a chance to get the mastery item : The Drakon! Actually not only The Drakon, you can also have other mastery items, such as Ex-KGB, etc..

ZYNGA IS TOO RAPID TO FIX THOSE SWEET GLITCHES BUT IT DOESN'T CARE ON SOME ANNOYING GLITCHES!!! why? (first, where are our corkscrews? second, some players have still more than level 4 masteries on their bangkok jobs... third, some players are stucked on the pirate tier... it says that you cannot do jobs on the opposing gang!!!)
yep, i got 2 of them too... it worked for me in the pakhan job in moscow. :D
