Hey, I'm still wanna discussing about this glitch! It's a very sweet glitch if your account has it, my friends.. Imagine that you can have more than one of mastery job bonus which is The Drakon. Not only 2, 3, or 4.. but 42 of it! 
I have posted about how to do it here : The Drakon Glitch.
But also have another similar way, in case you can not do the one above. Now it also work in 2 cities : Moscow and Bangkok.
How To :
This glitch happen in Moscow and Bangkok only, special for the last episode of 2 cities. You can get one The Drakon from "Asking help", both for asking help on job or Boss job. So in a day, you can get 4 of The Drakon!
1. Ask for help in Bangkok, quickly go to Moscow and press "Home" tab in Moscow.
Don't click anything and wait until 10 people help you. If you think it's done, then press "Job" tab. You'll get 1 The Drakon.
You can do it for Job Help first, get 1 The Drakon. And then do it again for Boss Help to get another 1 The Drakon.
Note : In Bangkok, there is no view of you getting Drakon, but if you're lucky, you can have it on your inventory page.
2. Ask for help in Moscow, then quickly go to Bangkok.
Wait there without clicking anything until 10 people help you. Then go to Moscow and click on "Job" tab.
Same as Bangkok, you can do it for Job Help first, get 1 The Drakon. And then do it again for Boss Help to get another 1 The Drakon.
If you're lucky you can have this one :Same as Bangkok, you can do it for Job Help first, get 1 The Drakon. And then do it again for Boss Help to get another 1 The Drakon.
My friend can do this and he's very happy to have 42 of The Drakons and still doing the glitch to get more everyday! See below image for proof..
This is the screenshot of his loot when he goes to fight! Please see on the vehicles section.. you can see 42 The Drakons there..

Something is working, I think... if you finished or Level 3 on Moscow, just try it!
Let me tell all of you, what strange thing happened with me some minutes ago:
BEFORE the glitch, I stayed here:
Moscow EP6, Level 2 - about 70% ready.
Bangkok EP5B, Level 1 - about 60% ready.
Then I do the same, like written on the second point! Ask help on Moscow EP6, go to Bangkok and wait... then click JOB. SURPRISES!
I got the "One night in Bangkok" achievement &
Moscow EP6, Level 2 - 0% (REDUCE) ???
Bangkok EP5B, Level 3 - 0% (INCREASE) !!!
What if there wasn't 10 people but only 9 people? Can it still work? Or is it ruined?
It'll be great if you can explain a bit more as I'm really interested. I don't understand what you said that you can get 4 a day??? I can do job help in NY and Cuba only and boss help for Bangkok and Moscow.
But from your explanation above, I only see you saying Bangkok and Moscow. So how to do job help in those 2 cities?

There is a drawback. I got maxed at 4 and it has locked up 'Dragon Head' level on me in Bangkok. The first three jobs show level 4 mastery even though I have not done them and I can't open the rest of the jobs.
I've got the same problem as veeve. How do we open up the rest of the Dragon Head jobs??
