Some of our mafia fellows who installed Mafia Wars Toolbar got this glitch.. When they enter the game, they will have notification that they receive Mini Stamina Buff instead of Mini Energy Buff!
You can see from above screenshots, that the amount of Stamina they got is different. Not because of the original amount of their stamina. The buff is not increasing 25% of their stamina.. but somehow increase in random way.. so I dont know how to count it. 
And this one, got the Trasure Chest image on his toolbar instead of energy image.
I don't know.. not sure about everything on the game now.. Let's see if we got more glitches to come..

Hmm, for fighter account, stamina buff is good. We can fight another opponents, get another bounty on the HitList and get another free loot-drops from burning our stamina.

All I got for my energy refill was a liquor bottle..ahhh i was counting on using it to level up! hahaha

I got 200 added too my stamina (It said 254/100).
But then as soon as I changed pages it went back down to 100/100. Bah!!!!
god damn zynga, i needed my energy buff to master a tier and all i got was some lousy falsified documents... this sucks..

it's not a glitch, they are changing it from mini-energy boost to mini-stamina boost.
I received this boost. My stamina went up to 70 eventhough I only have 21. Luckily, I have used it in fights :)

I got a stamina boost as well, even though I have the MW toolbar installed, but disabled.
Now I'll spend that extra stam before I enable the toolbar, God knows what could happen :).
Its not a glitch.. its an intentional change after the advertised the 25% to be here for good.. most I know are uninstalling the tool bar.. Im sure not going to wait 8hrs for a blackmail photo...lol u can get a phone, computer,falsiefied docc, 200 energy .. stamina (though most go to use it and its not there) I am a maniac fighter and non of these are worth it to me... many are saying Zynga got our info with the included cookie and now dont need us to have the bar.. cynical but i tend to agree
It's not a glitch, it's just another stupid idea like hidden stashes (piece of shit...) - right now i god Blackmail Photos instead of energy. Great, i got an item that i already have about 500x times.

this morning I got a 200 Energy Buff and an 375% increase on Stamina.. when I change page my stamina reverts to full stamina.. after 8hours I got a 200 stamina buff.. but then after changing pages the bonus stamina is gone.. <__<
my stamina is at 34.. early morning I got 119 stamina.. after 8hours it became 234.. then poof after changing pages (going to fight)
It's not a glitch, they are changing the buffs to multiple kinds of bonusses...

I received 139 Stamina... but I want the Energy refill... I need 125.000 Bath to buy those useless Moped :D. At least I hope to find some interesting loot during fight
I keep getting the mini-stamina boost, but it goes away immediately as soon as I click any link in MW - so I'm not really getting it. I'm an energy player, so this bites.
maybe u should do an update 'Mafia Wars maniac' :) the forums going nuts on this one.. no glitch just a 'take back' with our info.. the new page is causing the same 'info theft' concerns...love my game..lol
funny thing is that today my money on moscow has stuck on 805.000 even i do jobs i get bonuses or anything else it wont change....
But the great think about that is that i can deposit to bank the 805.000.

i keep getting 157/35 stamina and even though i'm an energy account i keep getting 250-350xp. i get this stamina boost about every 8 hours, but i get the mini energy boost as well. pretty nice
i don't have the tool bar and both of my accts are getting stamina boosts...
It says I get a mini buff of 200 energy, It adds 200 to my stamina, which in turn disapears when I go to a new screen, So I really get nothing. I really want 1600+ energy like I get normally, and not a mere 200 from an energy buff as they are now. Zynga, you did it again.

Hey ! I don't have the toolbar installed and i received a stamina bost...or something..Just opened MW and there appear 126/60 in the stamina indicator..it means I received a 210% over ! Love this glitch !
For sure the idea was to get the information from players by using cookies. Wait 7 hours and what I got was "Cards"!!!
I wonder if they are locked? one account constantly gets only energy or stamina upgrades and the another account only gets items (ITR, BMP, Liquor). Anyone else get consumables one time and energy/stamina another with the same account? Me and a couple of my mafia friends have not seen this yet, it was always one or the other.

Lame got computer set up and a Concelabe camera in 16 hours
For some reason, my stamina is now able to keep regenerating even after the meter is already full. Lucky :)

I have received about 3 stamina boosts even I have removed the toolbar times ago. I have 100 stamina and today I had something about 186. Not bad.
I keep getting a the great stamina boost and that's really nice ;) btw uninstalled the toolbar at once still get the bonus!
My stamina wont stop going up. Yesterday it was at 37/26, so i used it all, and this morning it is 98/26.

but how to get the energy/buff.........i mean, where to click to get it
i have 28 of stamina and while using the toolbar energy pack (without the toolbar) i got stamina pack 2 times already. my stamina was more than 200 after the increase :)

sometimes i get 200 stamina points
but the worse is when i just get 200 energy points...
It is their (ZYNGA) game - you just opt to play it.
