I have been talking of this item before.. and now it's out! So it is one of LEL (Limited Edition Loot).
Look at the stats of this item..
I bought one and found out it's an ARMOR! Yeah, I thought it was a weapon, but it's not.. So if you wanna buy it, just go to your Home or GodFather page and spend 25 of your Reward Points to buy one. Not bad for your profile! 
So have fun with it while it last.. Go get the tiger!

LEL is a wrong abbreviation. Better would be LTO(Limited Time Offer). Limited Edition Loot is wrong because its no loot, which you gain by fighting or doing jobs. Its just a special limited offer.
i want that tiger!!! but i got a problem.. i don't have any reward pts LOLZ ^_^ wish i got thousand of reward pts! i want to collect mafia animals and raise a mafia zoo :)

wow, it's a surprise for me that it's an armor. it means it's defense stat is better than haitian drum. actually i want to buy it. but knowing that there is shaolin bodyguard that has 51 defense stat, i decline to buy it. waiting for the item that has more than 50 stat on defense. hehe! i hope it will out soon!
