I don't see this feature on my account yet...
Like Bossy Don said, the Crack the Safe is starting to roll out to players.
To accomplish it you just have to install the Game, "Like" the Mafia Wars fan page on FaceBook, Invite 5 friends to join your mafia and publish your requests.
Sounds easy!

All Collector must have this one! But notice that it is categorized as a WEAPON???
