Today I was browsing on Zynga Forum board and I see one thread here : Atlantic city All Locked.
They are talking about glitch in Atlantic City, where all jobs are locked for no reason!
Have contacted Zynga Customer Support for many times with silly ideas but they only gave repeated ways but no solutions, finally they said it's fixed already! They are so mad because apparently Customer Service is pretending they have no idea what is wrong!
Hmmm, I feel curious to try.
Since Atlantic City is designed for mobile phones, you can still play on your computer.
I tried to go to Atlantic City via this site :
But I didn't find anything wrong... I got my bonus for playing "on mobile" in Atlantic City.. and then I see this screenshot :
Everything is smooth and I can finish my jobs as well do fighting there..
Does anybody else have the same problem in Atlantic City?

I have that exact problem and I have had it for months!
They keep asking if its a technical issue then say its fixed! Ridiculous. I'm so damn sick and tired of the unfairness of this glitch for players.
i finished the first level and got to boardwalk and it says that it is locked still along with all the other levels whats up???
I tried this on my computer and it worked for a few days. It went to locked and I assumed it was because the trial on the computer was done. I tried it on my iPod and it still appeared as locked. There still seems to be no solution to this. I am done every city, mastered ruby level except this Atlantic City one :(

If you're lucky, you can find the Live Chat with them, if not please submit a ticket and attach a screenshot showing the locked city.
