Cast Your Vote feature is gone!
No wonder that my main account is still not having it until now...

It's typical of Zynga... Publish one feature, pull it off!
Perhaps re-publish and then re-pull it off??? 
Or perhaps they have enough voters???
It's better if they review this first and then publish it widely, rather than doing silly thing like this!
