Loyalty Point Program - Diamond Level

Ok, let's talk about this one!

You can see this banner inside your game.. I have posted few days ago that we have a new feature now but only available for some players.. You're A Rock Star!

We may shoot, fight, and rob people, but if there's one thing we pride ourselves on in the mafia it's loyalty.

One of my best mafia recently buy lots of amount of Reward Points.

He is at Platinum level now..

Please look at the benefits of becoming Platinum member!

This player is able to buy all these exclusive items, while we can't (yet)!

Zynga have confirmed that you cannot maintain your Loyalty setting using only in-game earned Loyalty Points.

There are 4 Loyalty settings:

• Emerald
• Gold
• Platinum
• Diamond

You can buy items with Loyalty Points

The Diamond category is for players beyond Platinum, and is invite only

.

Then he buy more RPs because he'd like to become a Diamond player!

He was so mad that he has spent more than £1,000 and has done several purchases.. He got the Platinum mastered already but no Diamond status yet...

So he sent a complaint letter to Zynga Customer Support, being transferred from one agent to another until finally he got this response...

I am sorry for the inconveniences you have experienced while trying to get to the Diamond Loyalty level in Mafia Wars. With all of the levels, the requirements to be promoted from one level to the next will increase; however, upon mastering Platinum does not ensure that you will be promoted to Diamond as these requirements are much greater than with the other levels and is extremely rare. In order to protect the privacy of our existing Diamond members, we cannot disclose the amount needed to join. In order to be promoted, purchasing Reward Points and being an active player are the only ways.


As for the charge reversal for your purchases, we are unable to process the charge reversals for your account due to our Terms of Purchase. Please review these terms through the following link,

It shows the same benefits as the platinum tier, only says higher requirements at the bottom:
Minimum 1,000 LP earned/month


There is a confusion between new platinum tier and old platinum program. Old platinum process was - you send min $500 via wire-transfer (SWIFT) and get your RP at discount rate (20% off what currently best is available via PayPal) - this is all open info you can get sending mail to platinum@zynga.com.

BTW they run referral program as well - where if you join by reference there is additional discount available - so if you decided to join, I suggest you find someone already there
