Hi there!I have told you before about the recent Game News (you still have them on the game now).
Some players who can not access the game will get the message from the team about this matter. Fyi, there are lots of players who just see white blank screen when they're loggin' on the game for days! It sucks and they are hopeless for being unable to play... 
But the team has responded and answered the prays.. Here is what one of rewards they give :
Recently, the Mafia Wars team launched two major efforts to improve your game play. First, we deployed iframe technology to dramatically speed up the game (and get rid of spinning revolvers!). Second, we launched a major offensive against botters, hackers and cheaters.
Unfortunately, with the good – a 10x improvement in load time for most players and the ability to detect and deter botters – there were some unintended consequences. Specifically, a small number of players have been unable to access the game, while others have experienced symptoms ranging from having their player names scrambled to a disruption of their stats.
The good news is that we know which players have been impacted and are testing a solution to get them back into the game as soon as possible. We thank you again for your patience as we work through this problem. We will update you tomorrow at 12 noon PST on the status of the fix.
We realize that this may cause you some inconvenience and have credited your account with the following items:
40 Reward Points
25 Skill Points
Stolen Police Car, Dillinger's Overcoat
Complete set of Public Enemy loot items : Prison Stripes, Dillinger's Pistols and Holdsters, Locket of Billie, Agents Purvis' Rifle, Dillinger's Wooden Gun, "Pulbic Enemy #1 Newspaper", V8, Fur Coat
So I hope the reward suits the pains and suffers out mafia fellows who experienced this. Hope this such glitches or bugs will not happen in the future. For the sake of our beloved GodFather!

I agree. Every post in this blog has numerous typos, and it is OK as nobody really care, and the readers could still understand. However, it is so funny that the one who made many (and all kind) of typos is trying to rag on others :P

Well my game has went back at least a week, min 16 levels, all jobs lost, all loot and fights lost, all my gifts lost.my jaguar i just bought yesterday
I emailed zynga and i got a copied and pasted mail from them, nothing to do with my account, so i dont know whats going to happen :(
they shud award everyone with those stuff, we had to suffer tru lag and numerous errors too

The bugs and glitches will be always, this is normal... All software is not 100%, like applications, operating system and everything. Bugs are in every software... including operating systems. Bug were, are and will be. No bugless software exists.
has anyone actually been credited with that stuff yet? i lost like 9 levels, 50 some skill points, 7 GF points, boatloads of loot and collection items, went from cacique 2 back to just starting el padrino 3 so lost cocodrilo. and business were all deactivated. and that's just what i've noticed so far ...
tired of so many different games, or variations. I've got the new fight loot, the new energy system. My wife has the classic system, my daughter has NY rackets instead of properties.
What can be expected from a company that openly admitted it sought out scams to finance it though?

For the ones who still has errors on the game, we can not do anything about it. But they have told on the news, they will fix it soon. Just be patience, pls :)

i wish i was joking but im not, all my hopes are that my acc is bugged cause couple hours ago when i found out it was rollbacked i made the public enemy job (it was at 0%)and i just checked the acc and its back to 0%, and the couple exp points i made before are gone to, its like the acc its frozen or something :S

me am getting error from accepting gift request and saying that to me:

MW is just a huge bug fest at the moment - I am not going to badly with bugs but 2 friends are really in bad shape - part of their game have been frozen for days - but not other parts. They havent reecived any notices from Zynga.

Do you have the link to the news about the reward? I experience the "white page" on fights, jobs, new loots, etc. But I never received any email regarding the rewards. I would like to see if I can contact them for the "compensation"
Question, above ktetch said something about a new energy system. What is this new energy system?
And yes, this game is buggy as hell. I can play right now, but my son cannot.
Nothing of mine is posting on FB, from Mafia Wars, I get a white screen, I can't do jobs, I can't fight, can't help family, can't see gifts, can't SEND gifts, have lost some loot (since yesterday afternoon!), PLEASE help! Oh and I wanted to leave my id so you could IDENTIFY me, but nothing below is working for me except 'ANONYMOUS'.

Ok yeah what is going on your post said that this issue was fixed and now I can not add players, can not check lotto or fight every time I think it is fixed I am wrong and get a blank screen AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

i lost all my members and stats dropped significantly on both attk and def.What's with all the problems anyways, what's gonna happen when they finally let us play bangkok, is the system gonna be able to take the first day of hitting that place.I think that all the people that this has happened too should get a free lotto set and you guys should make up some sort of other big trading items to replace the lotto :).Enough said.
