As far as I know, all players will not get 1 column of each collection from Moscow. Juts like the above picture.
Well, for first vault, all players can get it, for re-vault they will just disappear from your game. You'll have different missing column from your friend. As we can see, that player above can not get whole collections from column number 3, and I can not get collection items number 4.
I think they want us to do trade or gift-exchange on this.. Do you think so?

I believe this is incorrect...I am missing the same column of collection items. From my experience, once you have 5 of everything you will get the one you are missing eventually. I have sent a couple of the complete sets from the Memorabilia collection to a couple people in my mafia, which means I've also had the Manifesto more than once.

coz i'm either missing only the 2nd column of my collections or having very few of them compared to other items. . . . .
And this goes true for my ny and cuba collections too :(

And As Pinger Said They Are Limited To 5. You Can't Have More Than 5 Of Same Item, Except When Someone Send You Something :)
i think its a bug or something because every one has the same problem and if they are having the same probelm thn no one will have tht column of collection!! THIS IS ALSO HAPPENING TO ME IN CUBA
I noticed the 3rd column issue a week or so back it seems to be the same in ALL cities after the first vault,
I noticed that I'm missing column 2 but not only in moscow.
Also,max 5 pieces of each so I send the items to another account once I have 5 of each. I now have 20 of each egg in another account except the Jade Egg. Anyone wanna trade?

Not too sure how accurate this is, as I have already vaulted the first 4 collections, in addition to no having complete sets to vault for a second time. Done without trading/gifting so must only be applicable to certain accounts?

anyone have any update on this? I still cannot loot any of the 4th column after vaulting.
Also, i can only loot 5 of each of the others before it stops dropping them. Anyone else having this issue?
