I know that lots of players still got these bugs on their game.. Some even can not enter to the game until now.. can not go forward to another chapter on Moscow, can not fight, etc..
They are trying hard to fix this soon, guys.. They do not want to lost all of their valued customers like us. I know that they are causing lots of disappointed, but at least they are giving (at least some of) us enough compensation like this one :
For the rest of you who still don't have the game fixed yet, they are answering your problem with this email below. This one is example of a player who can not advance in Moscow :

So, just give them another time to fix this all. I'm sure behind this mess, we will have back our great game, faster, challenging with more cities to come, more discount of GodFather points, and soon..

My friend sent me 14 zolotos and I didnt receive one single car!!! I put on a complaint at their support site but I doubt something will be done about it. I did the same for the problem I have in Cuba, cannot do jobs there at all, but nothing was fixed even though 40 days have passed.
I just got back up on Friday, December 11 and had been down since December 6th. I had a trail of tickets, called Zynga, etc. But they credited my account back, took me back to November 29th and I got 698 GF points and all the above in that letter, plus 65 profile points. I had to redo Cuba, and all the money and items I pre bought for Moscow was gone, and I had lost levels but I did not lose my mafia as some of my friends have. Moscow is very expensive so yes, I am pissed about that, but Zynga I am not impressed with. Customer service is key to keeping your clients, they were HORRIBLE initially at this. Next, they had to get some more servers. For a game of this magnitude, all of our accounts should be backed up daily we are talking about the realm of 7-10M players daily, this means they are only backing these accounts up weekly. That needs to be changed.
I got that email, offering me all those godfather points and good stuff.

My mafia wars page keeps reloading and i cant do any jobs as they say that the page has expired. Anyone else has the same problem?
I am one of those that got this letter,all I can say is keep on them,update your status with them everyday. I updated everyday,telling them what was still wrong and what had been fixed. I asked them each time to return my missing attack points. Eventually they did and more:
Dear Valued Mafia Wars Player,
Good news. We have fixed the issue with your account that was causing your in game activities to be incorrectly recorded (other symptoms included lack of access to the game and scrambled stats). In order to do so, we had to return your broken stats to where they were on December 5th.
