Yes, I got all by doing Mugging job. I try to find one example from fight, but have got none so far.. I guess I'm not really good in fighting! 
So, here are all the loots :

Woooh, I love those weapons! Not so special about armors and vehicle.. kinda disappointing, I guess.. but it's okay.. we have fun collecting them all, right?

Darn it, I'm doing fights and mugging. I have the following;
4 Dillinger's Pistols and Holster, 1 Dillinger's Wooden Gun, 10 "Public Enemy #1 Newspaper", 6 Prison Stripes, 18 Fur Coat, 2 Locket of Billie and 22 V8
From 150 fights and 2000 mugging! That bloody rifle will not drop!

yeah, i think the limit is 32, i'd tried to do thousands of jobs after i got all 32 items and nothing happened! :D

that rifle is damn hard all right! got 7/8 except for that rifle!
no need to do mugging if u are high level fights will give u all the items. Mugging effects leveling up...Thanks MM

i get only 32 too , i think max 32 loot and not drop again
I spent 7k energy grinding jobs and got 0.. (the jobs were in Moscow) do they not drop in Moscow? I'm just getting them all fighting...
all 8 found doing the mugging job - 1200 energy used - rifle was the last drop - no special item
i just do muggings and I got them all within an hour

I think I have all the items. It was kinda confusing because I thought we already got the wooden gun a few months back.
I am not sure how many I had from the previous loot event - now I have 3.

Since MW is not giving us a box saying "post on your wall" it was hard seeing when I got all the items and have not had a drop in 1000 points.

is this loot drop coming to my space or what ??????????????????tried of weird loot drops here
its actually starts the 9, and the job counts for all the jobs i did the low level mugging and got only 4 special, CRAP it sucks. but as i was saying the loot job goes for all the jobs and it drop randomly.
the person who keeps crying about having diff 4 items only, has 18 in total, u can get 32 ffs so just keep trying and stop crying.
When I had 18 I also prolly had only 4 or 5 diff ones.
28th i got was wooden gun, 32nd I got was the rifle :D so lucky
yea - it seems like they have a formula that the 32nd one is usually the last item u need...
only 32 items can be looted i did mugging 2000 times and i realised 32s the max i only got 1 dillingers and 2 agent riflr

I received 31 items, and then nothing - i'm used 2x 350 stamina and 2x 2055 energy on mugging job and nothing. Before public enemies loot i had 1 dillinger gun (could be because of this that i reveived only 31? because with dillinger i had is 32 total)
I have 39 items already so dont think there is a maximum of 32. I have all 8 items now with the Rifle being the very last one to drop.

Wooden gun and rifle is all I lack and I keep getting everything else. I got most of mine from fighting. I have spent the last 2500 energy and 500 stamina fighting and jobs and nothing thanks for nothing Zynga. Did the same thing on the Thanksgiving loot needed the Gravy boat to finish and never dropped.
XD it took me 4ever 2 get the rifle but i FINALLY got it wen i pointed my middle finger at the screen XD!!!!!!I wuz like FK YOU!!!! and pointed my middle finger at the screen, and it was like, you have found an agent purvis' rifle!
I received the rifle early. Took forever to finally get the wooden gun.

What stinks is if you already got the wooden gun from hard labor day, it counts it as one item so you can only get 31 items
