It's reasonable to love the game and HATE the glitches.. esp when they cost you something!
The reason there are glitches is cause its a popular, widely played game by millions which from a programmers standpoint probably equals chaos. But that also means it a good game since a lot of people still play it. Therefore good game = glitches if there were no glitches chances are its a crappy game to begin with. See the circular reasoning on this one. I hate glitches to but hell as long as the programmers don't say F#$K it and shut down the game im happy ^_^
if people weren't using glitches or hacking into the game this problem would not happen

I've been playng MW for almost two months and I have never seen so much glitches anywhere else. Zynga is a piece os c**p. Those guys cannot fix anything and yet they put more stuff into the game.

Here's my 2 cents. I get the WHITE screen of death when I use Firefox. I can play and pretty fast (with not reload gun icon) with Explorer. Is it possible Zynga is forcing us to use Explorer!?! Try it out for yourself..
There seems to be a huge bug with loots - I just spent 600 energy re-doing jobs on the Soldier tier in New York in the aim of trying to find some poker chips but I didn't get anything except 2 punch bags and everything else was a rifle or fire bomb.... stupid waste of energy.

I play mafia wars almost a year. It's the best game ever! But like some people say here. When I started playing, there weren't that much people who play it (they hadn't even things like lvl 2 and 3 mastery). Nowadays all noobs like you play it and use glitches and cheats (you find them @ mafiawarsmaniac) and complaining that the system is bugging and glitching down. Fags
and yeah, yesterday I had problems with it too (like seeing only the top of the pages etc. and white screens and black screens) but I've survived it and look: problems gone now.
So shut the FCUK up plzz.

when your health raise to 20 or more and u want to keep it under 20, u need go in fights to bring it down again, but u can bring it down on zero. And zero means death.... sometimes happens.. your way is good for one thing - increase your death count

How often are you getting the whitescreens?
A lot of the white screens this week were cause by FB API latency being awful. People with large mafias are the most seriously affected by this.
We're working with FB to help them reduce this lag.

All,
First, I would like to apologize for the multitude of issues that you've all been experiencing over the past 2 weeks.
The team and I have been working every day straight since these issues started to restore accounts and get the game back to a playable state.
The issues from today fall into a couple different buckets:
losing mafia/stats starting today - this is because our servers are being overwhelmed. We're trying to add machines as fast as possible. We've stabilized the game for now and look to add more machines this coming week. Your mafias should all be back to normal now.
partial page loads - this is also related to the servers being overwhelmed. In the past, the app would have white screened, now it does partial loads. This issue will also be resolved when we add the servers next week.
lost items/progress - This was caused when we rolled out our performance upgrade. People who had the app open while we rolled out the upgrade had their accounts screwed up. In order to fix them, we had to revert them to whatever the most recent backup point was. We gave out items to anyone that we had to rollback to make up for the lost progress.
I genuinely appreciate your love of MW and thank you for your patience while the team does everything we can to improve it for you.

What about jobs that have been finished 3 times now showing blank progress bars. I had completed Associate level in NY months ago and now it is saying that the Associate level is incomplete.

a one day boycott wont hurt them in terms of revenue but it may and i say may just get them to look at who puts bread on their table

Zynga wants to monopolize social gaming, even outside of facebook they bully non competitors. I own a small free game New-Mafiawars.com I received a mail from David K. Caplan of Keats McFarland & Wilson LLP (Zyngas super lawyers) demanding that I stop all advertising of my game and change the name of my game or be sued for trademark infringement. Its funny that after how many game ideas and scripts they have stolen that they would bully such a tiny non facebook game. We developed this game for fun and not to make tons of money. I guess soon if anyone even says the word mafia you may end up owing Zynga some money.
