Gift Safe House is not equal to free gifts!
Many of you don't know how to collect your gifts from Gift Safe House. Let's see what the game explain us about this :
So, you need to click on the "Ask for More Gifts" button.. and then select as many mafia as you can. Please remember to choose active mafias who play daily.. otherwise they will not able to send you your requested gifts. Don't ask the question about what gifts that they will send you, because nobody knows! It's randomly chosen by the game. But surely they are best items so far!
The main concern here is to make sure that your friend willing to reply your gift request, that's it!
And you also need to return in favor and make sure you also click on "Accept Your Gift Requests" to help your friends with their gifts.
Here is the example when you reply on one request :
You have chance to accept 5 daily bonus.. if you still have lots of gift requests, you still can send the gifts to your friends but will not get the bonus.
So far, I got 5 people responded on my gift requests..
I can open my current gifts, first gift for free and the next for 2 Reward Points each.. We have the schedule to open all gifts with free, but if you can not wait you can spend your points. Here is the schedule :

I dont think so.. I have reply to many gift requests.. only if your mafias respond to your gift request..
Ogrhhhh my mw gift is not working,"Sorry, you have run out of requests to send with this application. Please try again tomorrow." and I haven't sent any invitation to anyone.
WTF .. when i click ask for gifts it doesnt show any button to click , just a popup without anything inside .. :(
why can nobody put some info about the blowout sale. The Dillinger Overcoat is already passed. Sharkskin gloves too and now it's sneak attack (I think the all were 12 gp points (maybe first one 15))

about the blank popups. try restarting your browser or clearing cache.

So I have sent out request to my active mafia. I have had 14 gifts sent plus the one free Zynga one.
I claimed my mastery item when I got the 11th gift. If you have more than 10 gifts and wait to claim - it resets to zero. So now I have 15 gift boxes - but am only on 4/10 for my second mastery item.
So make sure you claim RIGHT at 10/10 to get the max bonus!
I am kinda confused how to send gifts to my mafia.
I have used the ask for more gifts and sent them to my most active mafia.
But how do I respond to their request? When I goto my MW home page - theres 2 messages saying my friends requested a gift. But when I click on send them a gift - it goes back to my facebook accept gift page. It does not goto the "Daily bonus" 5/5 page. Is that the way to respond to their request?
Is there a way to generate a ask for gifts link url? Like the ones you get in your requests, just with your id?
I tried to send more requests and no matter how many people I put in the list, it says I haven't selected anyone. This also happens when I try to recruit people and when I try to send free gifts. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Tito - I am having the exact same issues as you - and also everytime I try and get my gifts I receive an error message saying that I do not have any gifts available from that person (and then lose them). I have tried 2 different PCs with same result. I have now logged an issue with Zynga.
Is there any way we can exchange our gift with our friend?
Is it only 1 gift for each friend or I can sent gift to the same friend everyday ?
How do i log a problem with Zanga, as it keep saying I have ran out of requests when i haven't sent ANY or have not selected any memebers when i have.

Y the box keep saying u have not selected anyone while i have aready selected them. So wat should i do? I am so piss off man.

ive noticed somthing one that use new systems rackets.... dont seem have proiblem but if your on old system ad have properties then they dont seem to work?? maybe jsut coinsadence?
im beginning to think there is some connection with the open the gifts in the cheating way and the glitch about not being able to ask for gifts error because it keeps giving us the message "select some friends first" .has anyone out here gotten the error message even though they did not use the cheat to open the gifts for free?
Oh yah after i use the glitch tat box keep saying select friends.

Yeah I didn't know about the glitch, so I couldn't use it (obviously) but it still keeps saying i have ran out of gifts or i havn't selected any friends.
I have since tries the glitch but its not working....
I havn't been able to send any requests for mafia wars members to friends, free gifts, these holiday safe house gifts and other loot items on fight - it just says can not post to wall.
These are just a few of the MANY problems I have had with Mafia Wars in the last month or so.
Is it worth opening the gifts from the safe house for 2GF points a box??? cause i want to open some ;)
i just used "link to safe reward point" but its not work to me. Hix, so what should i do to safe reward point and take gift free ?

Hi I am themommie and I only have the one gift I keep sending requests and they get the message you have no request from that player. its frustrating but at least i have been able to send gifts to my mafia.
can't get the safe house gift feature to work... not too pleased with this feature.
yes to febin i got the same with it since my links always are breaking lol
