You have to buy the Game Card from BestBuy store, otherwise you will NOT get the crate as bonus.
He has redeem it and able to claim the Mystery Game Card Crate.. He also still able to get the Boulder Breaker car from redeeming a Game Card.
(Pssstt, if you still have your old Game Card from another store, you can ask for help from Live Chat and have conversation with Support team..
That way you can still claim this new crate..
