With the bugs currently exists, they should have fixed it first. And why do they need it as video? We play it with picture, right? Perhaps they have deal with YouTube???
So about the contest.. you need to think about making one Boss character, make a video, make a YouTube account, then upload the video up there.

This contest is available for FaceBook players only, I guess. Since there is no exact explanation from Zynga. CMIIW, please.
And I don't have any idea about this contest.. don't have time to use camera nor upload the video. Definitely not for me!

There isn't much use, I suppose, for GP any more in Mafia Wars, other than in spending them on skill points to Level up Quick! The Previous Prize for Moscow Loots Suggestions was Better :)
