I guess it depends on how much friends that helped you. I've been notified that I was helped by 3 friends, so i got 3 Idaho Specials..

B ut where can I take the shipment? Already 15 persons whom helped me but i can't find where i can collect it?

is that the problem with collecting the idaho specials??
each time you call for help, up to 10 people can help you, then the help stop as people come later will not be able to help.
Here is the glitch: if you know the slots are filled up, try that "call for help" link again, people can start to help you (even those that helped you the previous time). Seems to be a glitch, it was 14 at first, then 10, andm 5 at this moment. There is a hard-coded maximum limit of 50 helps for each person.
So far I have 400 Idaho Special items.

Yeah but you have to have a certain number of mafia members to buy it, just like the other items usually on offer
50 is the limit for you to help others. But for your "call for help", you can get unlimited, as long as people are willing to help you.

To collect you take you must click "publish" and not skip for the Idaho potato special.

My question is, why are these potato guns so special and why do so many people want them? At 22A / 15D, the #s are mediocre at best for a lower level person, and are more or less a novelty item that I'd like 1 of - to look pretty with all the other weapons on my profile. I don't even use 1 of them in a fight with my 500 members and currently have 104 of them obtained from war bonuses... can't even gift the worthless things away.. guess I'm just sick of them and really can't stand them.
