Looks like everyone is having this problem on FaceBook and Zynga is not doing much to fix it. So if you cannot click button for boss fight, and that is preventing you to get final Mastery title and Loot Item, here is a list of URLs that will initiate the Call for Help for Boss Fight just as it would if button was not locked.

PS: Make sure you are in Moscow and in the right episode before you use the links above. And in case you didn't get a dialog to post it on the wall, but got the message that mafia was alerted, ask your friends who have you in their top Mafia to check their Player Updates on Home screen link should be there.
Edit: Added Title you should see in your profile and Inventory Loot item you should receive if all goes well after boss fight.

You are a lifesaver because i have been waiting for the day i get my mastery items ....
It comes from zynga forum. You must paste this link on your web browser in the same chapter that boss fight button is locked. It'll show a message but it didn't post on your wall. Once your friend get that help message on "Player updates" and help you, you can finish the boss fight and get reward item.

again great help it was locked for few weeks and i was really angry
i was going round and round with Zynga for this to work. it DID! just for anyone who has 2 or more levels that are locked - you still have to wait 24 hours for the next call for help.

When i ask for help to do a job, i only get 10-30% mastery....
It says 10 people responded, but this gets stuck at 10-30% every time i ask my mafias... And then i have to wait 24 hours to ask them again, and the sam BS happens again?
Any solution?

But now there's a funny glitch, i ask my mafia to take down one boss, and for help on a job and....
I didn't defeat the boss, and didn't get mastery on that job.
Instead of that, for every mafia member that helped me, i gained a skill point !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's why I've been getting tons of friend/mafia requests!! I'm "guitarrick" on page 2 of Harvey Digger's thread. People must be going from here to there and adding me! I thought someone in my mafia got bored and pimped me.. Glad I found this - now I don't have to wonder anymore!! Thanks MWM for the pimping, even if it was by accident!! :)
ummm what if my button is locked but i've already obtained major baklan? i've received the last loot but i can't battle the boss anymore. cause it says locked.
I have same issue as above comment... got the Boss loot & title, but can't battle the Boss & get exp & rubles.
i have also the same problem like the 2 comments above... i got the title matyoryj baklan and got the barsuk SUV but i can't fight Dmitri Leonov anymore... can you battle boss only once? i can't get experience on it
I tried using the link above for Boss Karpov's Pistol. It worked, but the pistol never showed up in my loot inventory. Now what?
Turns out the problem is actually a little more extensive for some players! There is a glitch with job mastery. You may need to go back to a "stuck" level and re-do all Level 3 jobs that are Mastered. You will probably find one that is actually not 100%. Complete that and the Finale job will unlock. When that is done, the links above will work.
Ive got same problem with karpov got pistol and title gone over level3 jobs had to use link above but still wont let me to next level anyone any ideas
All of my final jobs are locked, but I still get the title and the loot item. Should I bother unlocking the job then?

It worked, and I mastered a boss fight, but I still didn't get mastery item... :S
Ok, neither link works for me. Can't unlock boss for ep 1 or 2. Also tried the "more complicated" link and that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?
Didn't work for me - either way - bah
They just "fixed" it (check the player updates) so the links don't work anymore. Called it an "exploit". Why? I have no idea.
