yes veteran's dog tags is an armor..i found out when i was fighting this guy, and his best armor is the dog tag
COnfirming it's armor, i bought it & became best armor for both attack & defense! it's worth for a low level like moi...
I bought it, i am a low level, but its 3 def points shorter then the overcoat and a lot powerfull in attack

When you are attacking, one item per mafia is used to calculate your attack points. So the Sthurmovik is better.
When you are defending, one item per mafia is used to calculate your defense points. So the Executive Overcoat is better.
You need both items to be better than the Dog Tags.
But it looks so awesome!

The tags are usually use for the identification and other information.
I have heard that now the plastic key tags are also use for this purpose. But how?
