Have you ever submitted a request for Job Help to find out that for whatever reason it didn't publish? This might have been additional experience that you were counting on to get leveled up. Without the request published to your news feed ... you may have to wait for awhile to level up otherwise.
What can be done? Fortunately you can post a link to your job request allowing your friends to complete it that way.

Western U.S. is coming, snagged a pic, have fun reporting about it
couldntzynga just fixed it by themselves, mafia wars is getting more and more in trouble nowadays. heck, some of my family had already quit playing it when they finish the moscow job.

To get your FACEBOOK PROFILE ID go to your Facebook Profile. You should see a link similar to the following in your address bar:
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?ref=profile&id=10436898946
The profile id is the number after "profile&id="

Unfortunately this method of getting the link to jobs that don't post no longer work.
How do I post a job that didn't post if this doesn't work any longer
