Am slightly disappointed that Zynga have changed the rules on Moscow, thought that it was quite a good idea that you had to progress to open businesses. Thought it was also good that you had to start calculating what equipment you needed and what you didn't to minimise the effect of bribery. A little bit of strategy never hurt anyone.
In fact it was working quite well for me, that l could do some jobs in Moscow and then have to wait for businesses to pay out, then finish the last tier in Cuba whilst waiting.
I'd like the opportunity to try the Racket thing in Newyork as my property money just accumulates without doing anything, at least giving some thought into earning money would be an improvement.

Heh, i got that offer for godfather points, then tried to buy them, and it said something like this ==> an error occured, couldn't read player's level and stats (something like that.....) It's a shame really cuz i had 30GF points ready to be spent..... I'm a new player, playing for a month now, and i'm level 200 at the moment.....
I got the offer and declined. I think that Zynga is more interested in sucking real money out of us than in fixing the problems in the game. Putting the buttons to spend GF points on refills where you can accidentally click on them is one example. Charging outrageous prices for consumables is another. I did buy GF points for energy refills and skill points when I started but I won't buy more unless Zynga changes their attitude.
I've seen 3 levels of discounts - 30%, 50% and 70%. Never where I wanted them though and if you phone Zynga they'll tell you that you can't buy them at a discount over the phone. Its a load of BS - they sell them all the time discounted to the CC players.
Seems some people get special treatment, and the rest of us get a bum deal.
