no. is not giftable.
i think every item no matter what should be fucking giftable! pisses me off
agreed on giftable, well maybe not those unique items from completed tiers, but all others should be giftable - maybe after some time if its some kind of special thing like hard labor day (i mean 4th july is giftable!)
today for me it changed from 100energy 200exp to 60energy 120exp at morning so i will not have it today :( and i agree with you some items should be giftable,i have 8xtigershark submersible and 0xtiger tank for example
unique and rare items should NOT be giftable. Takes away their 'uniqueness'.

and I got the ship when my mastery got to 95%
I got the cargo ship but instead of transaction records i got blackmail photos, so it looks like that part of the reward is random.. also 95%

Im just wondering is it just me or is fearless the best for leveling when you find settle a beef in New York lol.
I think I leveled 100 and completed 3,4,5 & 6 tiers without a need to regen energy while playing poker last night:-).
Am i missing any other gems/pears of mafia wars wisdom?

i got 2 cargo ships; 1 at 90%, 2nd at 100%. i wonder if we can keep gaining ships though?
Hi. when i was at 95% mastery of that job i was awarded with the cargo ship, and 8 hours after i reached 100% mastery and they gave me another cargo ship. Question: From now, every time i do the job they will give me another cargo ship? i am asking this because it is an excellent item.
You do. So mark your alarm clock and get as much cargo ship as possible before it ends. I hope there is some way to make the job timer run faster. :)

reason zynga donr make "paid for" items giftable is to limit damage from acct theft: ie so someone cant steal your acct, use all your GF points on stuff and gift them on, still done explain why we cant gift the candy truck or cargo ship tho
