dont buy RED COAT unless if you are fond of collecting.. becoz there are many items better than that, actually Moscow loots are better that the RED COAT.. buy the Russian Bear is a good one.
20 purchases to get a Black Friday Reward item is a bit much. Say we get all purchases at 12 GF, that's 240 GF. Who has that many GF without spending real world money on them? Sigh.

The Jaguar's the best bet for Attack weapon. It is the 4th highest in the game and the other 3 are either Cuban or Moscow tier mastery - so you can only get one each - or a Zynga Developer-only weapon.
