But if you live outside of USA or Canada, you can not enter the BuyEarnPlay site since it's forbidden for you who live outside these countries!
I have tried some suggestions to change my IP to USA region, to go to some "Hide IP" sites etc.. but alwas stuck on the BuyEarnPlay site because somehow I can not connect to my FaceBook account!
Then, my friend, Mak, suggest me to download this free software... You have to buy the software but you are able to use the free trial for 14 days, so take this chance!
Hint : Download and install this ONLY if you have the working codes on your hand, otherwise you will miss the free 14 days trial!
How to :
1. First, this software might refresh your cookies.. so please remember your FaceBook login and your date of birthday on your FaceBook account, in case it requires you to identify yourself.
When you're ready, go to this site :
http://www.hide-my-ip.com/
2. After you have the 7-11 codes in hand.. download and install the software on your computer.
You will need to restart your computer.3. Then use the software... Check on the "Require US based IP" below..
Click on "Hide my IP" button to activate!
4. Now login to your FaceBook account using this new IP! And after you're in, go to this site :
http://www.buyearnplay.com/
You will to connect to FaceBook, just do it.. and then enter your 7-11 code!
I did it all and succeeded!!!
5. Don't forget to go to Mafia Wars game to see what you got! I have enterred two codes before, so I got 2 items!! Wooohoooo!!!!
Orrrrr, you can just ask your friends or families who lives in USA or Canada to redeem the codes. They will need your FaceBook login info, just change the password etc after that..

You want to redeem 7-11 codes but you dont live in USA/Canada, and those smart a** Zynga employees are using IP filter trying to make sure only American and Canadian citizen can benefit from this promotion, I don't think so. So here what you can do...1. Download proxy software like Hotspot shield ( http://www.hotspotshield.com) or Ultra Surf (http://www.ultrareach.com) they are FREE.
2. Install and start the software you choose to use.
3. Login to your facebook account (you may be asked your date of birth to verification purpose, as facebook detect that your IP changed to American one now and not the original one any more)
4. Go to http://www.buyearnplay.com and redeem your code.. ;)
5. Close the proxy software you are using.
6. DONE. ^_^

HideIP is not allowed in some countries (including Macedonia, where I came from). There is a better way, and simpler too, to get codes working. Open google, and search for: "fresh usa proxy", or "fresh canadian proxy". After finding some pages, make sure to use few from every page, cuz a lot of are dead and not working.
After getting proxies, open Firefox and go to: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Settings. Check "Manual proxy configuration" and enter the IP and Port of your proxy. No need of restarting firefox or something, just open new tab and open google first to check if it is working. If not sure, open: whatismyip.com and see if the IP you entered as proxy is shown. If it's okay, open www.buyearnplay.com and enter the codes. No need to login to facebook again if you're already logged in before.
That's all. Tested, working :)
